Dave Higgins (1951 -1957)

Dave sent in photographs of the 1954 and 1955 teams. The 1955 photograph already appears elsewhere on this site so please check it out.
Dave writes " I started RGS Sept 1951 form 2c aged 10 in April that year,so I think 1954 must have been the Under 14's .I played in the forwards every year I was in school from under 13's to 2'nd 15. After I left school I gave up rugby for judo I made-2'nd dan, competing in competitions up to the age of 46 when my aching bones said thats enough.
I am retired and live inNorth Wales (lots of walks here).We have 3 children and 5 grandkids.-I have lived up here for 40 years but still have a few friends in High Wycombe
