(From the 1982/83 BCF Yearbook, Hastings Challengers...) The best result among the 14 juniors was GARY LANE, 17, of Paignton, who tied for fourth prize with 7/10, a point behind the winner. STUART CONQUEST, the world boy champion, and ANDREW LEWIS, of London University, both scored 6½ and also finished as prizewinners.
